In trying to make your transaction process easier, we have now added the HUD Contract Forms and Fannie Mae Contract Forms in Transaction Desk.
Accessed under the “HUD Forms” folder and “Fannie Mae Forms” folder in the InstanetForms section of Transaction Desk, you can now add and populate any of the six HUD, or eight Fannie Mae forms to your transaction.
And by the way…..don’t forget to utilize the unlimited Digital Signatures while you’re there!
